Noble Pillars was developed by members of other Reconstruction programs, but it’s now a program in its own right. We build community unions while teaching neighborhood residents how to acquire, own and manage property within the community. Noble Pillars has acquired a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) and strives to improve the quality of the neighborhood near Reconstruction’s headquarters — namely, the Tioga-Nicetown neighborhood of North Philadelphia. Noble Pillars also intends to provide attainable housing and employment for those who are returning from incarceration.
